Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead and support the end-to-end execution of our conferences and exhibitions. This role combines conference production, speaker and artist management, sponsorship support, stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent relationship management skills, commercial acumen,



and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact industry events.

What You'll Do:

✅ Research industry trends and identify conference themes

✅ Develop conference agendas and content

✅ Connect with CXOs, industry experts, and keynote speakers

✅ Drive speaker acquisition, delegate acquisition, and sponsorship sales

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution

✅ Build solid relationships with industry stakeholders

? What We're Looking For:

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in conference production, B2B events, delegate acquisition, sponsorship sales, business development, or a similar role

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
