Brand Manager

We're looking for a Brand Manager who sees the big picture and obsesses over the details. Someone with exceptional judgment who can identify what makes people care, challenge average ideas, and consistently raise the quality of everything we create.

You should be the kind of person who can look at a campaign, a photoshoot, a product launch, or a piece of packaging and instantly know what's working, what isn't, and how to make it better.

As a growing startup, you'll work directly with the founders and become the driving force behind the brand. Your job isn't just to manage projects—it's to raise the standard of everything the customer sees.

Key Role Highlights

· Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Protect, strengthen, and evolve how Maxisoft shows up across every touchpoint.

Creative Direction:
Provide clear creative direction across campaigns, content, photography, packaging, launches, and brand communication.

Cross-functional Leadership:




Lead and align every customer-facing function including Social Media, Graphic Design, Product Development, Ecommerce, Website, Sales, Photography, and Influencer Marketing to build one consistent brand.

Product Launches:
Own launch planning from concept through execution.

·
Consumer & Market Insights:
Constantly study consumers, competitors, and culture to identify opportunities before they become trends.

What You'll Do

· Lead and align cross-functional teams across Social Media, Graphic Design, Product Development, Ecommerce, Website, Sales, Photography, Influencer Marketing, and external creative partners.

· Develop campaign strategies, launch plans, and creative briefs for every major initiative.

· Work closely with the founders to prioritise initiatives, solve problems quickly, make informed decisions, and keep the brand moving forward.
