ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, bookkeeping, banking transactions, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and strong accounting fundamentals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting, billing, bookkeeping, and data entry in Tally.
- Process vendor payments, bank entries, reconciliations, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills.
- Handle GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and maintain financial records.
- Maintain and file invoices, vouchers, bank documents, and accounting records.
- Coordinate with banks for documentation, cash/cheque deposits, and other banking activities.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.





KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- B.Com with 1–4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, banking, BRS, GST, TDS, billing, and financial documentation.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for official banking and related duties.
