Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an AI Lead Generation Specialist. The specialist will design and manage AI-driven lead generation workflows, including building, testing, and optimizing campaigns to attract and qualify potential users for Amendss’s relationship platform.



Responsibilities include analyzing user data and behavior, segmenting audiences, and creating targeting strategies that improve acquisition and engagement. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and counseling teams to refine messaging, define ideal customer profiles, and ensure seamless handoffs from marketing-qualified leads to product or service onboarding. The specialist will also monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously experiment with tools and approaches to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
