- Hands-on experience with CMS1500 forms
- In-depth knowledge of denials management and resolution
- Proven reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent client communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of on-paper Team Lead experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AR team operations effectively
- Drive performance, productivity, and quality metrics
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of denials
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders/clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
