- Recruit and onboard Business Partners (Agency Leaders) as per the company's recruitment guidelines.
- Train Business Partners to recruit, develop, and retain Insurance Advisors.
- Provide product, sales, and process training to Business Partners and Insurance Advisors.
- Coach the team to generate quality life insurance business and achieve individual as well as team business targets.
- Drive achievement of Goal Sheet targets, annual KPIs, contests, promotions, and incentive milestones.
- Conduct daily morning huddles, review meetings, commitment meetings, and activity planning sessions.
- Monitor daily sales activities, prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, and policy closures.
- Guide the team on customer need analysis, financial planning, and suitable product recommendations.
- Ensure consistent recruitment, activation, productivity, and retention of Advisors and Business Partners.
- Support the team in field sales, joint calls, customer presentations, and closing high-value cases.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, advisors,



and Business Partners. - Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
- Track productivity through regular MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Conduct performance reviews and prepare action plans for underperforming team members. - Attend daily offline and online review meetings with Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and senior management.
- Educate the team on all company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, AML/KYC norms, and company standard operating procedures.
- Promote ethical selling practices and ensure 100% compliant, complaint-free business.
- Minimize policy cancellations, free-look cancellations, lapses, and customer grievances. - Improve policy persistency, renewal premium collection, and customer retention. - Plan and execute recruitment drives, training programs, roadshows, and sales campaigns
