Position: Corporate Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager with proven experience in the Corporate Gifting and Printing Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales skills, be capable of generating new business, nurturing key accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate business through field sales, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, procurement departments, marketing teams, and purchase managers.
- Identify opportunities for customised corporate gifting, commercial printing, branding, and promotional products.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations,



and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Continuously identify current market opportunities and key accounts.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Gifting, Printing, Promotional Merchandise, Advertising, or Branding Solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong corporate networking and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a go-getter with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
