Operation Executive
to ensure the seamless execution of residential and commercial solar projects.

Role Overview

As an Operation Executive, you will coordinate with multiple teams, monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure every project is completed efficiently and on schedule. If you enjoy problem-solving, coordination, and working in a quick-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Plan, monitor, and manage daily operational activities.
- Schedule site surveys, installations, and project timelines.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and operational records.




- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure material availability.
- Provide project status updates and address customer queries.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Support management with operational reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
BBA, B.Com, B.Tech
, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years
of experience in Operations or Project Coordination.
- Experience in the
solar industry
will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative approach.
- Basic knowledge of the solar industry will be an added advantage.
