Hiring: ERP Project Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused ERP Support Executive to support sales operations, documentation activities, customer coordination, and ERP implementation workflows.

The role involves working closely with internal teams and customers to support ERP deployment, documentation, reporting, training assistance, and day-to-day coordination activities. Candidates should possess strong MS Office skills, valuable communication ability, and willingness to learn ERP systems and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales coordination and customer follow-ups

• Maintain customer records and reports using Excel and PowerPoint





• Assist in ERP implementation and customer support activities

• Help customers with basic ERP usage and troubleshooting

• Prepare SOPs, user manuals, process documents, and training materials

• Coordinate with technical and functional teams

• Conduct basic training/support sessions when required

• Support front-office and client coordination activities

Required Skills

• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Mandatory

• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Documentation and presentation skills

• Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)

• Good coordination and follow-up ability

• Basic understanding of business workflows and processes

• Willingness to learn ERP systems

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Tech)
