Key Responsibilities

1. False Ceiling Works

Verify layout as per approved drawings

Supervise gypsum/POP ceiling framework installation

Check level, alignment, and panel fixing

Coordinate with electrician for concealed wiring and light cut-outs

2. Electrical Works

Supervise conduit laying and wiring

Ensure load capacity and safety standards

Coordinate switchboards, lights, and fixtures installation

Test circuits, earthing, and MCBs before handover

3. Painting & Polishing

Ensure proper surface preparation (putty, sanding, primer)

Supervise painting work (emulsion, PU, duco, polish)

Check shade, finish quality, and touch-ups

Maintain material consumption records

4. Modular Woodwork & Carpentry

Supervise factory made modules installation

Check carcass, shutters, hinges, soft-close fittings

Ensure proper alignment and finishing

Coordinate hardware installation (handles, channels, locks)

5. Quartz / Stone Installation

Supervise quartz/granite/marble countertop installation

Check cut-outs for hob and sink





Ensure level, proper joint sealing and edge finishing

Inspect underside supports and adhesive fixing

6. Site Management

Daily work planning and labour allocation

Track material delivery and usage

Maintain site cleanliness and safety

Coordinate with designers, vendors, and client

Resolve in office technical issues

7. Quality & Safety

Ensure all works are as per drawings and standards

Enforce safety practices (helmets, gloves, scaffolding safety)

Conduct internal quality checks before client inspection

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
