Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, generating new business opportunities,



managing key customer accounts, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and team management skills with experience in B2B industrial sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers across infrastructure, EPC, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and construction industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and customer visits.
- Generate high-value B2B leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
