About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful onboarding.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and a passion for identifying and attracting the right talent. The candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment and handling multiple positions across different departments.

Candidates with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring operations will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.




- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Explain company details, job roles, work culture, and growth opportunities to candidates.
- Handle salary discussions and negotiate offers within approved budgets.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Collect and verify candidate documents as per company requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and employment verification when required.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally.
