Role & responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Structural Quality Control: Monitor concrete pouring, reinforcement placement, and structural integrity, especially for specialized high-rise elements (e.g., core walls, foundations).
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor strict safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for personnel, including working at heights.
- Coordination & Planning: Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for timely material delivery and scheduling.
- Technical Problem Solving: Resolve on-site technical issues, design discrepancies, or logistical challenges quickly.
- Progress Monitoring: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, manage project schedules, and ensure budget compliance.
- Equipment Management:



Manage the deployment and operation of specialized equipment like tower cranes and batching plants.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Education: Diploma in civil / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in high-rise, multi-story, or large-scale construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of reinforced concrete, soil mechanics, and structural design.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ready to relocate any site inside Tamil Nadu / immediate Joiners are preferred.
