Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell machine spare parts through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients and industrial sites for field sales activities.

• Promote and sell machine spare parts to new and existing customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Regularly follow up with existing customers for repeat business and new requirements.

• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.





• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

• Provide market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and necessary documentation.

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 0–5 years of experience in sales or field sales.

• Candidates with prior sales experience will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong client relationship management skills.

• Ability to build customer trust and maintain professional relationships.
