Role Description
The Group Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder will provide overall strategic direction and leadership for OptimusGavin’s global operations, with a primary in office presence in Bengaluru. This role involves defining long-term vision, setting growth priorities,



and ensuring alignment across Global Capability Centres, talent solutions, technology execution, and financial governance offerings. The Group CEO and Co-Founder will oversee executive teams, drive key client relationships, and cultivate partnerships that support expansion and innovation in multiple regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include making high-impact executive decisions, reviewing performance metrics, leading cross-functional initiatives, guiding organizational culture, and representing OG in industry forums and strategic negotiations. This position requires close collaboration with “The OG Cabinet” and stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and deliver transformative outcomes for clients.
