Housekeeping In-Charge (Pre-Opening Resort)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and dependable
Housekeeping In-Charge
to join the pre-opening team of our upcoming premium nature resort.

This is a
hands-on residential role
where the selected candidate will be responsible for independently establishing the housekeeping function during the initial phase of operations. As the resort grows, the role will naturally evolve into leading and developing the housekeeping team.

Please Note:
This is an in office residential position based in Dodamarg. The selected candidate will be required to stay at the resort during the initial phase of operations.
Accommodation and meals will be provided by the resort.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day housekeeping operations during the pre-opening and initial operational phase.
- Establish housekeeping SOPs, cleaning schedules, and quality standards.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain guest rooms, public areas,



and back-of-house areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure exceptional levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property.
- Manage linen, guest supplies, cleaning equipment, and housekeeping inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and consistency across all areas.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor housekeeping supply requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Build efficient housekeeping systems and processes to support future operational growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel or resort.
- Sound knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and linen management.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
