We are looking for an
experienced, responsible, and energetic Restaurant Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in
Sector 104, Noida
.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to manage staff, maintain service standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the
complete day-to-day operations
of the restaurant.
- Manage and supervise
front-of-house and back-of-house teams
.
- Ensure high standards of
food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service
.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the
kitchen, service, and management teams
.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor
inventory, stock levels, wastage, and vendor coordination
.
- Manage POS/billing systems and maintain accurate daily sales reports.




- Monitor operational costs and support efforts to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant safety and hygiene standards.
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and effective operational management.
- Conduct regular team briefings and ensure SOPs are followed consistently.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in
restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality management
.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, POS, inventory, and billing systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for hospitality.
- Candidates based in
Noida / Greater Noida
will be preferred.
