Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process for solar solutions, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves managing a sales team, setting targets, and developing strategies to expand the customer base in both on-grid and off-grid segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their energy needs, preparing proposals, delivering presentations,



and negotiating terms. The Sales Manager will collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate system sizing, timely installation, and high customer satisfaction. The role also includes market analysis, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to long-term business development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Robust sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in solar energy, renewable energy, or related technical products, with the ability to understand basic system configurations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customer groups.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, including performance monitoring and pipeline management.
