We are looking for an experienced Food Technologist cum Production Manager to lead product development, recipe standardization, production operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for our food manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and standardize new food product recipes.

Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.

Monitor product quality, shelf life, and ensure FSSAI compliance.

Implement SOPs and train production staff.

Control wastage and improve production efficiency.

Prepare raw material costing, yield analysis, and production reports.

Coordinate with procurement and management for smooth production operations.

Candidate Requirements

B.Sc./B.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

35 years of experience in food manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and quality systems.

Experience in Bakery,



Beverages, and Tea Powder/Premix Manufacturing.

Positive leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Conduct 10 new product trials per month.

Maintain 98% quality pass rate.

Achieve production targets with minimum wastage.

Ensure 100% compliance with quality and food safety standards.
