What you’ll do:

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and perks at that time.

1. Develops short-term and long-term goals for EHS risk management at the plant.
2. Support EHS Manager to Provides direction to plant for the development and deployment of safety and environmental strategy/actions , including but not limited to: OSHA Voluntary Protection Program, Return to work guidelines, Work hardening, Wellness Improvements, and Environmental compliance.
3. Handling of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage treatment plant (STP).



Water Management & Distribution of water area wise. Efforts for water reduction & its usage, Solid waste management
4. Plans and implements training programs required statutory regulations and MESH such as Zero Incident Safety Culture (ZIC). Assists in training new employees.
5. Participates in planning and purchasing decisions regarding the potential EHS impact of new equipment, processes, and construction or renovation.
6. Coordination to develops recommended EHS budgeting inputs. Maintain monthly plant EHS scorecard ,containing TRCR, DACR, Water, Waste, GHG etc. Maintain the monthly Legal register.
7. Conduct and participate monthly safety committee meeting with safety committee members to solve the issue related to EHS.
8. Pollution Monitoring (Air Quality Monitoring, Noise Monitoring, Illumination Survey, Temperature and Humidity Survey, Water Analysis
9. Maintains and monitors current information and plant compliance on go
