JOB PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the organization's brand presence, generate qualified leads and support business growth across digital and offline platforms. The role will manage digital campaigns, social media, website content, graphic design, marketing collateral, branding activities, digital analytics and vendor coordination while ensuring all marketing communications align with the company's business objectives, brand standards and customer engagement goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

*Educational Qualification*
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Qualified Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics or Meta Advertising – Preferred.
- Additional certifications in SEO, Content Marketing, Graphic Design or Marketing Automation will be an added advantage.

*Experience*
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Brand Marketing.




- Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing and social media management.
- Experience in website content management, graphic design and development of marketing collateral.
- Experience in campaign performance analysis and digital marketing reporting.
- Experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, Hospitality or other consumer-facing industries will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating marketing content in both English and Malayalam is preferred.
