Who We're Looking For

We're hiring a Meta Ads Performance Marketing Expert who has:
- Managed ₹1 Crore+ monthly Meta Ads budgets
- Successfully scaled D2C brands and lead generation businesses
- Built repeatable systems for profitable scaling—not just winning creatives
- Strong understanding of Meta's AI-driven ecosystem and contemporary campaign structures




- A proven optimization framework that has continued to deliver results following Meta's recent algorithm changes

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate results through case studies and performance metrics rather than simply years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build campaign structures designed for profitable growth.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of up to ₹1 Crore or more.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPA, CAC, MER, and ROAS.
- Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to improve ad performance.
- Monitor attribution, tracking, and event quality using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and GA4.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionab
