Role Description
The Sweet Maker role at Jodhpur Sweets is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sweet Maker is responsible for preparing, cooking, and finishing a variety of traditional Indian sweets and confections according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, monitoring cooking times and temperatures, shaping and garnishing sweets,



and ensuring proper hygiene and cleanliness of the work area and equipment. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen team, managing basic inventory of ingredients, and supporting timely production to meet customer and order demands. The Sweet Maker is expected to maintain consistent product quality, follow food safety standards, and contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications
- Practical experience preparing traditional Indian sweets (mithai), with strong knowledge of classic recipes, ingredients, and techniques.
- Skills in measuring, mixing, cooking, and finishing sweets, including attention to taste, texture, and presentation.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and cleanliness standards in a commercial kitchen environment.
