Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager (B2G) to lead our Government Tender acquisition process and manage client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management on GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and various State e-Procurement portals, while maintaining active liaison with government officials, department heads, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Opportunity Identification & Portal Monitoring

Daily tracking and screening of relevant B2G tenders across GeM, CPPP, State portals, Railways, and Municipal Corporations.

Conducting initial Pre-Qualification (PQ) assessments to verify turnover, credentials, and compliance requirements before bidding.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Liaisoning with Government Officials: Coordinating with procurement authorities, department officials, and tender committees to clarify scope, specifications, and terms.

Pre-Bid Engagement: Attending pre-bid meetings, submitting formal queries, and following up for favorable corrigendums or tender amendments.

Post-Award Client Handling: Serving as the key point of contact for government department representatives during contract signing, agreement execution, and project handover.

Issue Resolution: Addressing client queries regarding statutory compliances, SLA commitments, and administrative documentation during the bidding and onboarding phases.

3. Tender Documentation & Technical Bidding

Preparing 100% compliant and error-free technical bids before submission deadlines.

Compiling essential statutory documents including:

Registrations: PF, ESI, Labour
