Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Marketing Head to lead and execute the organization's marketing and business growth initiatives across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving student admissions, expanding market presence, developing marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional marketing teams to achieve admission targets.
- Design and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, industries, training institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Develop current markets and identify business expansion opportunities across India.
- Plan admission campaigns, educational seminars, career guidance programs, and promotional events.
- Monitor marketing budgets and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and student behavior to improve marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the Admission, Academic, and Management teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strengthen the institute's digital presence through social media, SEO, digital advertising, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Present regular marketing reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Admissions.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in the education sector will be highly preferred.
