Job Title: Room Service Captain

Department: Food & Beverage / Room Service

Job Purpose:

To supervise room service operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and guide steward staff in providing excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise room service stewards and assign duties.

Ensure proper order taking, delivery, and service standards.

Check room service orders before dispatch.

Monitor punctuality, grooming, and discipline of staff.

Handle guest complaints and service issues effectively.

Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams.

Maintain service logs, order records, and shift handover reports.

Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of room service equipment.

Train and support room service staff when needed.

Maintain smooth operations during peak hours and special requests.





Skills Required:

Experience in hotel or restaurant industry only

Leadership and team handling ability.

Solid communication and guest relation skills.

Good knowledge of room service operations.

Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Ability to manage pressure and multitask.

Educational Qualification:

degree / diploma in hotel management preferred.

2–4 years of relevant hospitality experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
