Influencer Marketing Manager - Instagram

Heek is a specialized influencer marketing agency built exclusively for SaaS brands. We design and execute creator partnerships that drive measurable growth for our clients, and we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own Instagram campaigns end-
to-end.



Responsibilities
- Lead Instagram influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution for SaaS clients
- Source, vet, and negotiate with Instagram creators across Reels, Stories, and feed posts
- Track Instagram campaign performance (reach, engagement rate, saves, story completion) and translate data into actionable insights
- Research creator activity, trends, and audience sentiment on X and LinkedIn to inform Instagram strategy




- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align on growth goals
- Stay current on AI tools and platforms to optimize workflows and outcomes

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram creator partnerships and performance-driven campaigns
- Proficiency with AI tools and modern marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Growth-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
