About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our expanding U.S. operations from India. This strategic HR role is crucial in managing recruiting, employee relations, HR compliance, policy implementation, and supporting a U.S.-based workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of U.S. employment practices, labor laws,



and HR processes, with the ability to research and interpret federal and state regulations as needed.
