Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations within the automobile workshop.
- Handle automobile spare parts, lubricants, consumables, tools, and workshop materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of critical spare parts.
- Manage the complete inward and outward movement of spare parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the inventory system.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile system stock with actual stock.
- Coordinate with Workshop Managers, Technicians, Procurement, and Vendors for spare part requirements.
- Track parts issued against individual vehicles/job cards and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete spare parts.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging,
and organization of all workshop inventory.
- Monitor inventory consumption and identify discrepancies or unusual usage.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory MIS and stock reports.
- Control inventory losses, pilferage, and unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained for critical items.
- Support workshop operations by ensuring zero delays due to non-availability of spare parts.
- Manage and supervise inventory/store staff, if applicable.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
