Role Description
The Senior General Manager (CIVIL) is a full-time, on-site role based in Washim,



responsible for overseeing all civil engineering and infrastructure activities for manufacturing and related facilities. The role includes planning, executing, and monitoring civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to structural safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Senior General Manager will coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage site layouts, utilities, plant structures, and maintenance of civil works. Daily tasks involve budget and cost control, resource allocation, project scheduling, risk management, and continuous improvement of construction and maintenance processes. The role also requires leading multidisciplinary teams, implementing best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance, and supporting long-term expansion strategies for the company’s production capacity.
