About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior AI Developer
to join our growing Enterprise AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI agent frameworks.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable,



and enterprise-ready AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and intelligent AI agents.
- Build production-ready AI solutions using Google Vertex AI, Anthropic models, and other cloud AI services.
- Develop AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and modern agentic frameworks.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
- Engineer, evaluate, and optimize prompts to improve AI model performance.
- Ensure AI applications meet enterprise security, privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI platform best practices.
- Deliver highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable production AI solutions.
