Chartered Accountant (CA)

Salary: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills and ensure compliance with all applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for management.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards,



Companies Act, and internal financial controls.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance is preferred.
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshly qualified CA or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, healthcare, retail, or service industries is an advantage.
