Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market, making informed purchasing decisions accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing product displays that drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in fashion buying or related field (women's ethnic wear preferred).
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective vendor management and internal stakeholder collaboration.
