Role Description
The Software Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting product demonstrations, and clearly explaining how Salonify’s software addresses operational needs for salons, spas, and nail studios. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.



The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing basic product guidance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The specialist will be expected to meet sales targets, document activities in the CRM, and share customer feedback to support product and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Software Sales and Sales, with experience selling SaaS or software solutions to small and medium businesses.
- Knowledge of Software products and the ability to quickly learn and explain technical features in easy, clear terms.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including active listening, presentation skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
