We’re looking for a high-ownership individual to join our centralized HR Ops team who’ll work across employee relations, HR operations, HR tech systems,



process management, reporting, and client support across varied business contexts and organization sizes. This is a high-learning, high-exposure role for someone who wants to grow beyond “traditional HR operations.”

What you’ll actually be doing:

● Resolve employee queries through calls, emails, and ticketing systems

● Support HR processes across onboarding, payroll, leave & attendance, exits, HR policies, etc.

● Work closely with HRMS platforms and operational tools

● Manage and maintain clean, accurate employee/process data

● Build and manage reports, trackers, dashboards, and MIS

● Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements/automation opportunities

● Help maintain SOPs, process documents, and internal knowledge systems

● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to improve delivery experience

● Contribute towards improving SLAs, process efficiency, CSAT, and ov
