Job Summary:

The Wellness Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling wellness programs, therapies, and residential stay packages while generating recent business opportunities and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role plays a vital part in increasing revenue through wellness package sales, room bookings,



corporate partnerships, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell wellness programs, naturopathy treatments, therapies, and residential wellness packages.
- Generate and convert enquiries through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, and corporate outreach.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for wellness services and room occupancy.
- Develop business through corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and networking activities.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized consultations.
- Coordinate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure seamless booking and guest experience.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and monitor lead conversions.
- Represent Kshemavana at wellness events, promotional campaigns, and corporate engagements.
