Job Title: Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of civil works.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.
- Verify measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project standards, and statutory requirements.
- Attend site meetings and report project status to management.
- Support timely project completion within budget and quality standards.

Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to10 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Positive communication and leadership skills
