Role Description
The Quality Control Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.



The role involves overseeing quality control activities across the production process, ensuring strict adherence to established quality systems and documentation standards. The supervisor will organize and monitor inspections at each stage of manufacturing, verify raw material chemistry, and review test results for tensile strength, hardness, dimensions, and tolerances. This position will coordinate with production, laboratory, and quality assurance teams to implement and sustain TQM practices, address non-conformities, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes training team members on quality procedures, maintaining compliance with relevant approvals and certifications, and preparing reports for internal audits and customer requirements.
