Role Description
The Customer Success Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes with MIPL Global’s brand implementation and design solutions. This role involves managing customer accounts,



understanding client objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope. The Customer Success Manager will monitor project progress, address client issues, and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Daily activities include conducting review meetings, analyzing customer feedback and usage data, preparing reports and documentation, and maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders. The role also includes collaborating with sales and design teams to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to foster long-term partnerships through Customer Retention and Relations
