Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting wastewater treatment solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships across industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for wastewater treatment (ETP/STP/WTP) projects.
- Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with customers to understand their water treatment requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project teams for technical support and proposal preparation.
- Conduct site surveys and customer presentations.




- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Update CRM and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or any graduate with relevant sales experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in wastewater treatment, ETP, STP, RO, or water treatment solutions.
- Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also be considered.
