Job Role:
- Handle customer inquiries via call/chat (Amazon, Flipkart & other platforms)
- Resolve order-related issues, returns, refunds, and shipping queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Maintain CRM data and call logs
Requirements:
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in E-commerce or BPO preferred
- Fresher with confidence can also apply
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
