About the Role

BuyBuzz Infra LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the real estate industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Guide the team throughout the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure prompt follow-up with prospective clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily team meetings, sales planning,



and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives and improve team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in a real estate company.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a team of Sales Executives.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a quick-paced environment.
