Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Hotel & Resort business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HRMS (HR One). The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule final interviews, and coordinate hiring.

* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

* Ensure timely manpower planning and closure of vacancies.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

* Conduct employee induction and orientation.





* Complete joining documentation and employee file management.

* Manage confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit formalities.

* Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final documentation.

HR One HRMS

* Manage employee master data in HR One.

* Process attendance, shifts, leave, and ESS requests.

* Generate HR reports and MIS.

* Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain accurate HR records.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

* Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.

* Coordinate payroll processing with the Finance/Accounts team.

* Verify salary inputs and statutory deductions.

Statutory Compliance

* Handle EPF, ESIC, Labour Law compliance, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

* Maintain statutory registers and ensure legal compliance.

Employee Relations & Engagement

* Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
