Job Description: Central SPOC – BTL

Drive end-to-end planning, execution governance, and performance tracking of BTL activities across locations to ensure consistent lead generation, high-quality sourcing, and measurable conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning & Activation
- Build monthly BTL calendar aligned to business gaps (location/product/channel) in coordination with ABG ecosystem teams
- Identify high-potential catchments (ABG, builders, corporates, retail)
- Standardize activity formats & benchmarks (leads, conversion)

2. Execution Governance
- Act as central SPOC across Sales, Marketing, Digital & locations
- Ensure SPOC mapping & on-ground readiness (collaterals, staffing, partners)
- Drive disciplined execution & standardization (scripts, checklists, training)
- Ensure data capture, tagging & follow-up discipline across locations

Track full funnel: Leads Login Sanction
- Disbursal
- Evaluate ROI by activity/location
- Scale high-performing formats | course-correct low-performing ones

4. MIS & Insights
- Publish centralized BTL MIS (daily/weekly)
- Highlight conversion gaps, productivity issues, location performance
- Drive actionable insights to improve lead quality & conversion

Success Metrics (KPIs)
- BTL lead generation & growth
Lead Login- Disbursal conversions
- Cost per lead / disbursal (ROI)
- Per-activity productivity

Desired Profile
- 3-4 years in BTL / channel strategy / sales execution (BFSI preferred)
- Solid understanding of retail lending / home loan lifecycle
- High analytical rigor + execution focus
- Ability to manage multi-location & cross-functional stakeholders
