Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor end-to-end execution of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Manage project planning, construction progress, quality, timelines, budgets, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to support project launches, customer queries, possession, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local development authorities, statutory approvals, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the legal team for agreements, land matters, contracts, approvals, and dispute resolution.
- Review project MIS, budgets, cash flow, contractor bills, BOQs, and procurement plans.
- Drive operational excellence by coordinating with Engineering, Finance, Sales, CRM, Legal, and Administration.




- Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to the management.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA / Project Management Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Hands-on experience in construction, sales coordination, CRM, operations, RERA, legal matters, and statutory approvals

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
