Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in New Delhi. The Litigation Paralegal will support case preparation by conducting legal research, organizing case files, and assisting with drafting pleadings and motions for civil and criminal matters. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with clients and court staff, tracking case timelines and hearings, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role also involves supporting the advocate in court-related work, summarizing case law, and ensuring that filings comply with applicable procedural requirements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Legal Research.




- Candidates should possess solid skills in drafting Pleadings and Motions.
- Solid understanding of civil and criminal procedure, and familiarity with Indian courts and legal processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field; prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is preferred.
- Commitment to public interest work and to serving underrepresented communities.
