Responsible for leading the technology, engineering, and product development functions for HVAC and washing machine products, driving innovation, product quality, manufacturing excellence, and technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology and engineering teams for HVAC and washing machine product lines
- Drive new product development (NPD), product enhancement, and technology innovation
- Oversee product design, testing, validation, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with R&D;, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and energy efficiency requirements
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Manage technical documentation, product specifications, and engineering changes
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, and productivity
- Mentor and lead cross-functional engineering teams




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry advancements

Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems, washing machine technology, and home appliance engineering
- Product design, R&D;, and new product development (NPD)
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, motors, compressors, electronics, and control systems
- Leadership, strategic planning, and project management
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CAD tools, ERP systems, and engineering software

Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering
- 12–18 years of experience in consumer electronics or home appliance manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years in a senior technical or leadership role

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in HVAC, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, or other consumer
