Role Description
This full-time, in office Business Development Executive / Relationship Manager role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with restaurants and food businesses,



generating and qualifying leads through field visits, calls, meetings, and online channels. The person will present and demonstrate F&BOS; solutions (including
F&BOS;
), manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their operational needs, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and encouraging product adoption and upsell opportunities. The role also requires regular market research, reporting on pipeline and performance, and representing F&BOS; at local events or industry gatherings.
