HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems across the plant.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Support performance management and talent review processes.
- Drive manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, employee database, and HR MIS reports.

2. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through competency mapping and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute annual training calendars for employees and workmen.
- Coordinate technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate ROI of learning initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building




- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Drive employee welfare activities, reward & recognition programs, and communication forums.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
- Organize cultural events, health camps, celebrations, and CSR activities.
- Promote organizational values and positive workplace culture.

4. Contract Labour Management
- Manage contract workforce deployment as per business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act and other applicable labour laws.
- Verify contractor documentation, licenses, wage records, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
- Conduct regular contractor audits and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with contractors for workforce planning and productivity improvement.

- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and a positive work workplace.
