Position - Project Manager

Reporting to - Team Manager / Department Manager

Location Bangalore (13-D,12-D,13-c and 13-B KIADB Industrial Area, 562107, Attibele)

Purpose of Job
- Managing and leading the project team including internal partners, engineering subcontractors as well as external interfaces.
- (type B and C projects) Profit and loss responsibility for the allocated project by delivering the project within time, budget and cash targets in the required quality whilst optimizing the margin. Ensuring compliance with Bhler related directives and EHS standards

Key Functions

Supervise the final negotiations for the allocated project and provides the execution strategy

Ensures that the project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project

Manage and lead the project team in order to achieve and further improve the cost, sched ule, quality and EHS targets

Perform proper risk and prospect management

Ensure proper deviation management within the project. Assess,



approve and expedite technical aspects of change orders and define effective claim strategies towards clients, partners, subcontractors, etc.

Prepare and perform Project Reviews as requested, report according Bhler Project Man agement process

Responsible for the site briefing meeting; Ensures that all site relevant documents are handed over to site personnel.

Liaise with the Project Management Office to establish, implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction

Develop and maintain corresponding relationships with clients, partners and main subcon tractors to ensure smooth operation of projects and smooth dispute resolution

Capture return of experience and best practice, apply lessons learned. Organizes and ac complish a debriefing meeting
